File a Claim

Any time you have crop damage, due to a covered peril, that will adversely affect your yield, or the value of your crop, you may be eligible to file a claim.

Call, email or fax your agent within 72 hours of discovering the damage. (No later than 15 days after the end of the insurance period for each crop).
Do not destroy evidence that is needed to support your claim without clear direction from the insurance company.
Be sure to report the estimated date of the damage, crop affected and your contact numbers so that one of our adjusters can contact you to schedule an inspection.
