HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

When you have crop damage due to a covered peril that may adversely affect your yield or the value of your crop, you are eligible to file a claim.

Call, email, or fax your agent (or use our contact form) within 72 hours of discovering the damage. (No later than 15 days after the end of the insurance period for each crop).

Be sure to report the estimated date that the damage occurred, the crop(s) affected, and your contact information so that one of our adjusters can contact you to schedule an inspection.

Remember not to destroy evidence that is needed to support your claim without clear direction from the insurance company.
